See Jeff at front desk, Marilyn in dining and Cal in bar ; they are always there for you. Balcony suites are always nice and staff pleasant. Please tip 10th floor staff .

The old blue carpeted rooms are vanishing fast replaced with very nice renovated rooms . Club rooms have nice new dark brown tones and old western photos. Big improvement. New ownership BTW.

Serious Cigars has an awesome cigar lounge just across the street!...pretty good Middle East food a couple of shops down as well !

Comfy lounging in the lobby or bar . Just relax or enjoy a drink while you wait for a flight.

Hotel went through a nice renovation , brand new look in the lobby, nicer looking rooms, a great upgrade from the last time I was here

The X10 series of suites are smaller than the x46 series of suites, but I prefer the smaller ones as I find the AC in the bigger suites is woefully under powered=warm suite in summer.

I'm a Marriott person but was very happy with this location - room was nice and staff was very friendly

Great location. Rooms are very clean and furnished. Best parking place is close to the pool.

Nice lobby and exercise room . Can skip the pool. Fair lobby and restaurant if you don't have any choices.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Beautiful rooms , friendly and attentive staff . The beds are so comfortable !

Nice Venue for the Top 2 Percent of Mary Kay! Could you get excited about not 1, not 2 or 3, but Eight (8) Mary Kay Millionaires in the Hizzy Houston? !!!

Walls very thin heard the tv next to me all night. Parking is an issue. The GD on the tv faded in and out causing service to be lost. Not enough space to accommodate large conference groups

if the walls are paper thin maybe i shoulda made it to bed before 5?? oh well , lobby call at 9.... off to Austin for a favorite venue

I am waiting now from 9 am to 1 pm and still they said the rooms are bot ready ..... Only 2 people in front desk and very slow internet

Cheap but nice and comfortable

New Flatscreen TVs , but rusty fixtures in the bathroom (no venting in there). Beds and bedding are were new and comfortable .

Electrical outlets not attached to wall . Didn't seem as up to date as I would have expected. Buffet in hotel resteraunts was very good. Internet hard to connect to

Do yourself a favor and choose a different SPG property.

The rooms are big and clean , the hotel offers free parking . Avoid the restaurant since the food is awful

I can hear the guy next door snoring. That's how thin the walls are.... Bring eat plugs.

$9.95 per day for internet but the worst part is that it can not be shared between devices so pick wisely on which one you connect!!

Decent stay for $100. Could hear neighbors's alarm in the morning. Only one person at the desk so a long wait for anything.

Wings at the bar are pretty good.

Gift shop has 10 dollar minimum to use your credit card for a purchase. BOO!!!

Not much of a sound barrier between rooms or hall.

Windows were so dirty , you could barely see out of them. NO HOT WATER

Las camas y almohadas están ????????????, súper ricas. Hab. Amplias y lo mejor está a 15min o menos del aeropuerto . Temen transportación al aero.

Definitivamente es un mal hotel , se escucha todo lo que hace el de la habitación de alado y lo peor. . El room service es Hasta las 10pm
