Amazing place, the best authentic Mexican food I have had in the UK, the tacos “Al Pastor ” are really good, the quesadilla with the blue corn tortilla and the Cheese takes me back to MX in seconds.
Get the Aguachile De Cameron(ceviche) to start, and Al Pastór , Pastor de Pescado for tacos !! Also recommend the tequila cocktail with grapefruit juice as base.
Amazing place, the best authentic Mexican food I have had in the UK, the tacos “Al Pastor ” are really good, the quesadilla with the blue corn and the Oaxaca cheese just took me back to MX in seconds
Authentic and tasty Mexican food just off Borough Market . They serve micheladas too! Great friendly service and good value for money .
Authentic tasting Mexican tacos ! Finally a place that gets it right, felt at home! Get all 3 salsas with your tacos . Oh & gringas are delicious. Food is a bit on the expensive side for tacos though!
Best Mexican restaurant ever! Excellent food and drink, great tacos and very authentic flavour. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.
Good, solid tacos . Stick with the classics and you'll be fine. Don't get into the fancier stuff. Great place. Need better beers though.
Order a sopa de tortilla as a starter, start your taco safari with the Al Pastó. Show off and put a dot of the el diablo sauce on a taco , then double down with the del vic.
Everything is ???????? dead on and authentic . Note: two person pricing is per person I.e. Carnitas is £7 but minimum 2 people, so £14 for the dish
Tuna tostada , carnita , prawn taco and quesadillas were all winners!!
Popular and seating tight. Great food. Short rib particularly good. El diablo salsa presents as a paste with nothing to go with it.
Chicken tacos were delicious (and small, and expensive , but worth it!) Wish they offered the option of tortilla chips with their salsas .
Solid Mexican food in London. Bit expensive compared to US prices but worth it if you're craving some tacos .
Yikes most reviews claim this is authentic Mexican. Al pastor has 1/8 of the flavor of what you’d find in California/Mexico. Passes as edible. Plus is freshly made tortillas which they are so proud of
Get the short ribs ! Flavourful tacos ???? and friendly staff .
Go for the short rib . Perfection, especially with the caramelised pineapple salsa
Freshly made tortillas , made in the Bermondsey tortilleria with corn imported from Mexico ????????
Authentic Mexican food - comparable to New York. Not recommended for families on weekends.
Great quesadillas . Portions real small but tasty. Margaritas are great but again here, really small.
Skip the guac and go straight for the carnitias they're great. Not a true Mexican but definitely one of London's best.
The carnita tacos were so good. Being from Texas, it hit the spot.
Really legit Mexican, though their house margarita is a bit different over sweetened
Quite new so expect some teething issues. Bit disorganised, waiter didn't call out discontinued menu items until we ordered them. Guacamole portion is tiny for the price
Amazing authentic corn Tacos
delicious Mexican dishes with a modern touch, cool buzzing ambiance
Superb Tacos , hands down my favourite place for Mexican food .
The food was delicious, but you get very little for your money. The tacos were the same size or smaller than Wahaca tacos , but were £3+ more expensive and you only got 2 instead of 3!
The short rib is just to die forrrr
Tacos , new menu options. (Like soft shell crab tacos...)
Vegan pumpkin sharing plate thing. Guac . Chips .
Food portions are definitely small for the prices. They do however taste great :)
The frozen margaritas are a must order!
Carnitas = best value by far
Really margaritas . It’s pretty pricey for what it is. Good for birthdays and a large group catch up.
No door. So there’s a cold draught through the dining space in winter.
Great small bites and margaritas !
Small venue but great food.
As a Mexican, I give this a reluctant seal of approval. Tacos don't need to be this expensive !
Decent tacos , but the price is really high. Ended up eating almost nothing and having one drink and paying £50
Food was amazing!
Rip-off. Tiny, tasteless tacos and quesadillas . Way overpriced for bad quality. Also the tiny tables pack people in. Go somewhere else overpriced and you'll enjoy it more
Great tacos
Mezcal and quesadillas
Overpriced but the food is excellent
It was hard to get service and it wasn’t the most comfy . Food was fine
To expensive !!
Unfriendly staff , very small portions and expensive
Los frijoles charros y los tacos al pastor son buenísimos acompañados de unas cervezas Pacífico . El agua es gratis.
Cochinita Pibil and Tacos el pastor!
Tacos Al Pastor , Quesadillas , la Michelada
Great spot! Decent veggie options & mexican cola is super cool, try it! - Dunja
Tasty tacos. Three for £9.50. Only one vegan option, cauliflower al pastor, but they’re good. - Chris Phillips
Favourites: lamb chops, beef tacos, chicken enchiladas. Pricey but good. - Jassim Ahmad
Great choices: dosa, curry, koshari street, amarettis from bread ahead. almond cookies from cinnamon tree. - Ingrina Carson
Spare good amount of time if you are a fan of contemporary art because this place has a massive and great collection! Dont miss the temporary exhibitions, though visiting all will take more than a day - Pinar E.
