The Y has long history of outreach to the Harlem community which I love! Geraldine 917-504-7321 is the best swim instructor . Donte 646-298-6583 is the best personal trainer by far. No more excuses!
Only the upper floors are for guests, but at least funds remain in your wallet. Groups are allowed food vouchers for nearby soul food cafe . Rooms are small but clean . Quiet considering it's location.
Small rooms in an old building . Don't check in when you can't sleep in noisy environments, at least they give you earplugs. Don't forget YMCA is a Christian organisation, too.
Big with nice people
