Lido Beach West Park

Hands down best south shore LI beach (and close to Marvel). Usually quiet , always clean , super soft sand , basic snack stand. $8 for residents way more $ if you're not.

This is a great beach . Smaller, quieter and cleaner than Jones Beach . Nassau Residents pay $7.50 per car and non- residents pay $22.50. There are also picnick areas, basketball courts , and pools.

Planned on going for a relaxing afternoon with some friends paid $25 for parking (not a resident) and all we got was BITING NASTY FLYS everyone at the beach was getting bit it was horrible #flybeach

Little bit if seaweed on the shore today, but once you walk/swim past it the water was so refreshing and clean !!

I absolutely love this beach . Its less crowded than Jones Beach and way cheaper if you're a resident.

I like the nice CANS all over the beach

They raised the resident price to $8 ... Still better than jones

Better than Long Beach . And free if you park across the street and walk in.

Stay between the green flags !!!!

Beach was too too hot. Couldn't stay a whole day. -:(
