Just a weird spot! Staff are super! Always has construction going on... Not sure why I'm here again!?! Maybe b/c it's close to my early AM appt? Try any other Hilton property in PHX!

Parking situation and elevators are strange. That’s my first impression.
I don't like how the hotel is not easy to get to - at all! On any GPS system. And the walk to the west tower where a majority of the rooms are, just sucks.
