The Westin Phoenix Downtown

Hands down this is my favorite starwood hotel to date. Service is amazing. The rooms are roomy , comfortable and the tubs are to die for! A +++++++

Great hotel ! As an SPG Gold member, this is one of my fav. SPG properties in the US! Rooms are large, Heavenly Beds are truly heavenly, awesome saltwater pool, and the staff are very helpful!

Be sure to take part in the SPG promotion where you get points if you opt out of housekeeping service. Well worth it.

Other than a circuitous route from the lobby to the elevators , it's a great hotel .

Beautiful business hotel . Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very upscale . $29 for valet parking . Which is mandatory. No free parking .

Great rooms, great pool, & great service! They even gave us free water when we left for the airport !

Very good hotel but with a few options to receive visitors and a terrible acess to hotel , do you need to enter at side street on the corner.

Get a key card. You’ll need it to power the room and to use the elevator (the mobile key doesn’t always work there).

to avoid the relatively high cost of parking at the hotel , you can find ample street parking close by. most spots are free at night and on the weekends.

Awesome hotel ! Our room has a nice view of Downtown Phx. Only downside: no self-parking, only valet. Overall though, great! Pet friendly too.

The food at the restaurant is suspect. Duck meatballs not very good. Salmon was good but really small portion for price. Flip side they have makers 46

Cannot believe a place as nice as this would ruin an otherwise perfect stay by charging for wifi . :-(
