Are you hungry stop by are great restaurant Marstons Cafe they have a great menu and buffet stop by and ask for Rhonda shes a great hostess !!!

Love staying here 3rd time and service is great. Hotel is a bit old but it's still good condition and everything you need it's within walking distance. Plus they have Don Julio at the bar :)

After the remodel, the lobby is gorgeous. Great Starbucks for coffee and some great art throughout the lobby. Nice spot to stop and relax for a bit and coffee in downtown Phoenix.

Starting April 2012 be sure to check out the *new* coffee bar in the Lounge ! The more feedback the better, so be sure to help the baristas discover some great ideas they can pass along to management!

Valet parking only, and it's $29/day. Self park across from Chase tower for $14. It's on the corner of 1st and Monroe. Literally a 2 minute walk.

Elevate concierge lounge is one of the top clubs in the Marriott system. Jacob, Ben, Dora and Albert make it a fantastic experience

Good downtown hotel . The club lounge did a solid breakfast and great snacks .

The exec lounge is awesome. Good food at breakfast and friendliest staff you will meet.

The gym , staff , rooms and lobby bar are nice but I couldn't get the room to cool below 72 degrees and I prefer to sleep in a cool room.

Check out the dessert treats being sold in the lobby a couple nights a week.

Hit the Blue Hound restaurant , short walk from the Renaissance. The Kobe rib is a must!

The roof is one of the best spots in PHX to have an event .
