We came here for an anime convention . It was a great space for the convention ! It's a very nice hotel and is very spacious .

Having free WIFI and valet service , this hotel is great for a stay in Phoenix. The food is great in the hotel and the scenery around the building is beautiful.

Cozy rooms with an awesome atmosphere. It's right in the heart of Phoenix so you'll never run out of places to explore.

Wifi is not free in the room. Only free wifi is downstairs in the lobby. Besides that, great service, spacious rooms with a view , and a nice place for a conference .

Serious issues with guest room wifi . Otherwise a lovely place to stay. Short walk to Heritage Square, my favorite area of the city !

Very nice hotel and very close to so many restaurants and bars . Its walking distance to Chase Field and the Phoenix Suns arena.

The staff is so friendly here! I'm enjoying myself tremendously.

Go walk to Pizzeria Bianco and have some of the best pizza in the country . Hands down.

No shuttle to/fro airport but light rail is 2 blocks away. Rooms clean , quiet . Personable staff

They have a lot of event meeting space

They don't like when you have your own food so if you happen to be here for work and you took food you made at home there is no place to reheat it

If you let the elevator doors close on your head they open right back up!

The parking is expensive . $9 for 0-3 hours. I think it was about $16 for 3-6 hours. and $19 for 6+ hours.

This place is great! In the middle of my Sophomore Year Homecoming for my High School , and it is soooo cool!

Make sure to go for their $3 craft brews ... can't beat it.
