Workout room is fantastic! Beautiful lobby, small pool, but big, quiet rooms. Free wi-fi (don't pay extra for faster service...the free option works great. But the safe? Well , not very "safe"!

Cozy and colorful lobby. Whether you are staying or not it's nice to sit, relax and just take in all that warm flavor.

I'm sure they really don't want me telling you to do this, but take a ride on the glass elevator up to the top floor of the hotel or the Compass Room for a gorgeous view . Elevator rides are free.

Beautiful hotel , great staff parking sucks. Your options are $28 a day for valet, $19 a day for self park in a garage or by the hour in metered street parking .

This is the best I've seen in Phoenix. Hotel is awesome. Rooms and restaurants rock, and the staff is very very helpful. As for Phoenix, there is something not quite right about this town .

The room service staff is extremely knowledgable and efficient, not to mention good looking! ;) The cheeseburger is a little on the expensive side ($17+service charge), but so worth it.

You simply have to do the Compass Room Restaurant . Great food, great venue, views to die for.

We've been here twice for Junior Statesmen of America conferences . Over all we have hundreds of teenagers running around for two days. The hotel is super with how they handle it all!

Fitness center is awesome! New equipment and lots of exercise options! Try going there at 11:00pm. No one is there and you get the whole room to yourself! :)

Great location!! We loved our stay and the front desk and concierge were very helpful.

The water here is EXTREMELY SOFT, plan on doubling your rinse time to get the soap off!

Networks Lobby Bar has awesome boneless wings and sweet potato fries ! Mgr Luca was nice, too.

This hotel has a great view of the surrounding mountains , airport , downtown, and beyond. The service in room left a little to be desired. Takes a long time to get towels and beds made.

Gym on third floor, pool is usually in shade though, unfortunately. The restaurant on the roof rotates slowly. Closest store is the CVS a few blocks away.

3rd floor smoking room didn't smell like smoke! I like being by a balcony or patio so I can smoke outside. This wins!

Blue burger at network is great with bbq :-)

Will never be back, Julie at the front desk last night was extremely rude when we wanted to upgrade to a suite asking my boyfriend if he had enough money for it!?
