Some of the rooms have been recently refurbished . Try to get a room on the 5th floor or above, facing away from the M4, and away from the creaky old lifts, for the best night's sleep...

The shower goes everywhere in the bathroom and although the rooms have been refurbished it's no better than a Travelodge. Better to stay at the Copthorne across the road for a similar price

Old-fashioned, but clean rooms & friendly staff .

Complain about something, and they’ll instantly take off the parking charges.

Room numbers ending in -03 are next to the lifts and stairs. Avoid them if you can...

There's now London Pride available at the bar

Don't pay for dinner Inc your room. The 'menu' is very small (4 items per course) and they have a habit of bringing the wrong mean to you... Even if they're quiet ...

Most disgusting fish and chips I've ever had from room service . Fish tasteless and swimming in fat, chips soggy and cold. Changed my booking for next week to the Copthorne .

Internet access is ridiculously expensive . £12.95 a day!

The bar is reasonably priced for a hotel but beer range is very limited.

Отель просто полное говно. Если есть возможность выберите другой. Лучше в Виндзоре, там гораздо прикольней!
