I have stayed here for over two months now and the service has been great. The food and drink is typical hotel prices. Free Internet throughout the hotel .

Free wifi when using laptop if you are on the first floor and located over the bar or a public area. Gym , pool and steam room great for families

Don't eat at the in house Chinese restaurant.. Overpriced and meagre portions... Go to the three tuns Indian which is walking distance.. It's the complete opposite - massive portions great value

Good for a business hotel . Spacious rooms , small gym and decent pool. The food is ok. Try to get a room on a higher floor as there's an odd noise in first floor rooms.

Very convenient hotel as a business stay , highly recommend for business travelers , very near the heart of the city

Don't bother with the "posh" restaurant . The smaller Chinese / Singaporean one is better as is the bar food in the bar . The posh restaurant charges restaurant rates for slow service & iffy food

Hotel is a bit tired and the WiFi is dreadful, but the staff are very friendly

There's a chargebox here so u can charge ur phone in a secure locker while u have a coffee ...pretty handy if you didn't pack you're charger!

run-down below average business hotel . breakfast buffet and see-through coffee are very disappointing, wifi unreliable and no plugs beside the bed.

High price, lousy wi-fi. Like REALLY lousy, not that good breakfast , but spacey rooms. In the middle of nowhere. Stay in Windsor if you can.

The sticky toffee pudding from the bar is overly sugary and not worth half of the £5.95 it costs!

Pretty run down - even the executive rooms. Wifi did not work most of the time.

12 quid for WiFi and no plugs by bed for phone. And its in Slough. Bleurggh!

Decent hotel with a gym and pool

One of the worst breakfast buffets in the country . At least the coffee was drinkable.

Don't stay in room 421 - horrendous damp smell.
