They have the same soup everyday. So, if you like chili , stuffed pepper or italian wedding , you can count on Giant Eagle Willoughby having those.

Customer service always well stocked, fresh produce , selections and variety

After midnight they close all self-checkout lanes so it's just 1 regular lane open. 3 weeks in a row I've had $20 of groceries stuck behind people w/ $150+ orders. Waited longer in line than I shopped

The employees don't pay attention to customers. Hope you don't have to come in at night, because no one is willing to help you. They'll just stand around and talk to each other instead.
