This is the only Starbucks that really makes you feel at home.. All of the staff are the best........
Skip the front parking lot -- it's mayhem during peak hours. Cruise around the building and use the back door.

It's best to double check your coffee lid when at Starbucks in Willoughby Ohio. My blisters sent me to urgent care. Ouch!
The parking here sucks. I'd rather drive down to the mall than fight for a spot at this location. Americano is awesome as always, though.
Bring your empty coffee bag for a free cup of coffee . Otherwise don't go.
