Awesome less-traveled spot in Little Tokyo. Their tonkatsu are fantastic (same with the katsudon !), along with the udon and the sukiyaki .

The total spot for a Donburi craving. The prices have gone up a bit but the quality is just as good. Service is great and they have happy hour .

Amazing spicy miso soup . Unlike any other miso I've ever had. It's quite a departure and worth the try

Udon has one of the best broths I've had in LA. Order the tempura udon with tempura on the side so it doesn't get soggy.

Great chicken katsu

Chicken nanban !!..but I like to order the mayonnaise-like sauce on the side, otherwise it's drenched.

I give them a 10. Best Donburi ever!

Avocado Tuna Donburi is amazing!

Irritated....allergic to salmon so wanted to substitute shrimp . "NO! We don't do that. No substitutions!!!"

Overcooked seafood .

So, I ordered calamari tempura . When it came it was not even chewable. Super hard. And when I told the waiter he told me" it's " SUPPOSE " to be that way. WTF
