In the morning, before 11am you can order a breakfast sandwich that is off the menu . It has an egg , ham , arugula , honey mustard aioli and cheese on lightly toasted bread . Get a cold brew on the side.

Hot hong kong milk tea is delicious!! And also you can try a green tea roti for dessert . It's nice to find a dessert that's not drenched in sugar in the US.

Vietnamese iced coffee with a baked treat is always a great way to go. I personally enjoy the Roti , green tea or bacon donuts and the churros for something a little different.

Iced Hong Kong Style Milk Tea is so good! Love the atmosphere and everyone is so nice and friendly :) They have good pastries too :) They also serve Stumptown Coffee !

Their strawberry glazed donuts are so good! As are their maple macadamia ones. Yum! The bacon donut is good too, my brother had three!! Be sure to try each!

Pretty good spot and a great Foursquare checkin coupon but if you've been to 85 Degrees in Irvine or in the SGV, you'll be slightly disappointed.

If you order the Vietnamese coffee , be sure to order it in a plastic cup. No extra charge or anything. Otherwise the condensation will make the paper cup flimsy.
