this is a great place to be around cause they alwayz have little food shops & stores to be explored & yu see people in cosplay clothes on thursday - saturday every week. enojyable place to be act
Food and shopping downstairs, karaoke upstairs - so make it an all-day affair! Plus, there's plenty of desserts and drinking along 1st & 2nd Streets.
If you plan to visit here, I suggest to park in the Office Depot parking lot . It's free for the first hour, and as long as you buy something(a bottle of water) in the store, it will be free all day :)

It's an outdoor plaza that has a lot of small little stores. Plenty of parking . Good for chill and hanging out with friends.
Crowded . Great places to walk around, eat, and window shop. Check out Mitsuru cafe while you're there! Hama sushi is also good for a traditional Japanese sit down experience.
Crowd is a mix of tourists , locals, and weebs. A good place to people watch after grabbing a snack at any one of the shops nearby.
Shojin is THE BEST IN VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN JAPANESE!!
I wanted to stay longer than my quick run into the store for green tea kit kats ... But parking was $3/hr. Loved the scene, forgot I was downtown
