The best hotel in Helsinki . Nice executive and premium deluxe rooms. Perfect service, wonderful atmosphere. I love it.

Very good hotel in service, rooms and decor very classic, so that's something you have to like. Otherwise a really good hotel experience with everything you expect. Enjoy bathing with the rubber duck !

Lovely room and hotel but disappointing executive lounge , closing at 6pm (along with the sauna ).

Three day stay during Xmas 2017. Room was spacious enough. The staff were nice but confused. Only one person out of four could help with our basic questions. Ok stay, not amazing.

Had some great lunch here a few years back, some wonderful veal . I'd go for it, if it's still on the menu.

Get a seat in one of the front tables - best view !

My room is such a long walk from the elevator , the Internet is very expensive in room but free in the lobby.

Rubbish hotel . Spa closed at 6pm - meaning no sauna , we're in Finland and there is no sauna until 2pm tomorrow - what a joke. Club lounge is closed at 6pm? Why! Avoid this place at all costs

Best hotel stay!

Swarming with rich and very rich Russians. This might mean trouble sometimes.

Breakfast selection is really poor

Nothing is good here - over priced, poor service and no idea of looking after the customer - very disappointing.

Club Sandwich and Kämp Burger were both a bit on the dry side plus fries really salty and no mayo . Wouldn't recommend.

First time I've had to ask for food at a executive lounge , i.e they are minimising the food they give you. Very stingy!!

Нам отель понравился, этой же сети есть отель в Амстердаме. Мы брали большой номер , халат , тапки, все как обычно, а уточка в ванне, это просто милейшее существо:-)

Спокойное место, в самом центре, вкусно! Есть уже собранные меню, вполне приемлемые цены ! Почти всегда есть посетители, в основном местные! Немного медлительные! Но улыбчивые и приятные!

Цена не оправдала ожидания!! Деньги на ветер. В комнатах пыльно очень, один шампунь /гель на двоих, подушки неудобные.. И это лучший отель Хельсинки, находящийся в центре?..

И все таки лучшее, что есть в этом городе .
