Great place to get fit, running, walking. Not so good for cycling as it is designed for pedestrians. 0.75ish miles round. Sunday has lots of people walking round which can slow you down

A beautiful lake to walk around, great for walking the dogs. There is also a children's park and some local shops including waitrose nearby. Perfect for walkers, ramblers and joggers.
