Get ear plugs if you are not on the top floor!! The people above us are early risers & we can hear EVERY LITTLE STEP they take!?! We are just gonna get up, but I wanted to sleep more.

Cross the street for the shuttle going to Disneyland and you are the first stop there. Coming home, the first stop on the number 3 is the Portofino!

Kids Suites are a must! Two rooms with heavy sliding doors between and separate televisions . Decent size and ours happens to face Disneyland . :)

The rooms aren't classically breathtaking and the carpet pile is thin but if you get a kid's suite you'll get two separate rooms and they'll appreciate having bunk beds and a TV of their own.

Lots of space. Kid suite does have drawers under lower bunk. Two tv 's, two tables, hide-a-bed/sofa a plus. Bathroom configuration needs work and a fan would be good.

Nice family property. Clean , updated rooms made for a nice stay.

Clean hotel but its ready for new carpet and some upgrades on the finishes

The Jolly Rancher pool is a lot bigger and less crowded .

The free wifi here hates tabbed browsing and Google Chrome for some reason. You're better off using your phone's 3G, since it's probably more reliable.

Wait staff is horrible! Kept jacking our thermostat up to 80 so when we returned from a hot day at the Disneyland park we had to sit in a sauna for 30 min. Sink was clogged, very noisy . Not worth 220

Pass on Disney shuttle. Wait for bus is longer than the walk. The ride there is also near 20min.

Absolutely no place for kids to unpack in their room. Drawers under the bunkbeds would have been a huge plus.

It sucks ass for teenagers but for little children and parents on medication it's okay!

Check out the Disney fireworks from the hot tub .

Get a "Family Suite " that comes with bunk beds and is ideal for big groups and request a room that faces Disneyland so you can watch the fireworks from your window.

Decent prices. Half hour walk to Disney . Family suite was roomy !
