Best things to do in Disneyland is grab a churro , turkey Leg , or Dole Whips a must. Grab a Fast Pass for popular attractions . Main Street stays open an hour later after park closing to enjoy shopping.
Make sure you get your fast passes to maximize your rides! My fav include space mountain , splash mountain and the sunset view with Thunder railroad. Oh, and daily fireworks .
Welcome to the Happiest Place on Earth. While you’re in Disneyland, make sure you go to the castle . That’s where I ran into Mickey! Mickey Disanti, from my old neighborhood . He looked great.
If you want to avoid the really long lines and don't mind an early morning rope drop is the best time to be there. You still will have to deal with the hotel crowd but it's lot less.
Not the biggest Disneyland, but still gets packed out throughout the year. It is still pretty easy to walk around all of it, but you can take the train and get fastpasses to maximize your time.
Disneyland is better for kids, California Adventure has more adult rides. In Disney I would say the minimum age for kids would be around 2 yrs old, but even then my daughter was scared by much of it.
Be sure to grab a fastpass if you're only there for a day or two, and be aware that it will be crowded . Definitely a magical experience, will be going again!!
Fast passes are so so SO important! Use them wisely and thy will help! The rides are fun and the atmosphere is nice. There are many things especially for children to see, ride, and explore.
Get a fast pass for space mountain as soon as you get to the park . They sell out quick during peak seasons. Don't forget to get a corn dog on Main Street before you go home!
First time to a Disney park and they did not disappoint. Massive crowds, pricey , magically amazing. It was worth it. Pro tip, treat the staff like humans and watch them go above and beyond.
For a break from the sun on a hot day head on over to the Enchanted Tiki Room but before the show starts purchase the Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float and enjoy it inside the Tiki Room.
Fast pass was great! Staff is super friendly . The holiday themes for Small World, Jungle Cruise , & Haunted Mansion added to the fun! What a great way to add a different experience to classic rides!
Get a fast pass to space mountain right away. buzz light year ride is a must and the fantasmic show is wonderful. Try the lobster soup or gumbo .
Took 6 & 8 yr old grandkids in June. They loved it more than Disney World. Barely had any wait times, longest was maybe 30 mins. Very clean , great "cast" members, great kids area . Dole Whip & churros .
It’s the Happiest Place on Earth and always a quality experience. The rides, food, and ongoings make for an excellent experience. I’ve been several times throughout my life when I visit Cali.
After having been to Disney World in August it's awesome to see it's roots! This place is so great I can't imagine ever getting tired of it. Get a fast pass for the matterhorn and hyperspace mountain !
We enjoyed this part of the park mainly because of the Star-wars area 👍🏼 a must see during night time especially, the staff also help get you into the theme 😁
The fireworks are a must do at night. Even without fast passes we were able to enjoy the rides we wanted to try without a super long wait in the evening. Something to do for all ages.
Best place to decide what to do next or have a group meeting is the middle of a walk way.
Red Wagon corn dogs are one of the best food deals in the park . Make sure to get your FastPasses for the more popular attractions . Pay a visit to Darth Vader or Kylo Ren at the Star Wars Launch Bay !
Be prepared to walk a lot! Current Star Wars Rise of the Resistance was the best interactive experience.
If possible, go on a non-Holiday Tuesday or Wednesday, most lines will be under 15 minutes (you can fast pass the few popular ones) well-worth the odd vacation day
Try the food items on Buzz feeds "what to eat at Disneyland" it's fun to do with friends and a yummy experience for people who are looking for new things to do at Disneyland
Fantasmic is my favorite show, favorite dish is the chicken creamy pesto pasta from the Plaza Inn , and favorite ride is a tie between Space Mountain and Star Tours . Get fast pass for Fantasmic.
Where to begin? Great park , great rides, great atmosphere. One tip to keep in mind "Be ready to spend because we all know that theme parks can get pricey ." But it's worth every penny!
Excellent place for little kids or family vacations! If you go on a high season, try to buy fast-pass for less waiting time on rides. Also be prepared for a lot of walking all day long.
1 day isn't enough! Make sure you get into Star Tours and do not eat & buy souvenirs until you get deep into Disneyland! If you want to watch the parade , be 2 hours early and grab a spot.
Twilight passes are a must! Fireworks and show are amazing. Space mountain and Indiana Jones a must! Dole whip. Photo in front of Disney and the castle .. A dream is a wish your heart makes!
Get here early as you can as lines are long. Some rides offer fast passes so take advantage and plan your day! Also, take time to watch the parades !
Everyone loves Disneyland! What's not to love... you got all your favorite Disney characters and the princess castle ! And don't forget about the food, games and rides. Make sure you get your souvenir!
The humans claim this is the "Happiest Place on Earth." Biometric survey led by Gamma has confirmed that this is true. Second happiest is the butter sculpture exhibit at the Iowa State Fair .
Season passes are perfect for Disney goers. It gives u discounts on store items and dinning places. Also u gotta check out the new star tours , pretty awesome :)
Cream cheese pretzels in CA adventure: A best-kept secret of the resort . Also you can get the pineapple whips when you're in the waiting area for the tiki room and enjoy it while you watch the birds!
Springtime Round-Up at Big Thunder Ranch is an EXCELLENT way to meet characters. There are 6-8 there with little to no lines , and include Mickey, Minnie and even Roger Rabbit . It's a must-do stop!
I had a wonderful time here at Disneyland you guys always leave me with a smile I need an annual passport to this location I kid you not. I'll invest my money in you guys. Thank you again
the parks after dark are truly magical, with fewer crowds, cooler breezes and knockout nighttime entertainment: World of Color at California Adventure, Fantasmic and evening fireworks at Disneyland
If you are visiting the park for a couple days break try to stick to one park at a time. Also make sure you wear sunscreen and drink water! You can get a free glass of water at restaurants if you ask.
I like to ride the Monorail..and try the Churros on Downtown Disney near the Lego store..Apple Cinnamon is my favorite.😋
Every restaurant will offer you something Vegetarian if you ask. Vegan is harder, but they will usually try. Gluten free as well .
No doubt, this lives up to feel of being one of the most fun places you could ever visit. Young or old, you’ll definitely have a blast here at Adventureland, Tomorrowland, Main Street, U.S.A., etc.
There are about 200 feral cats living in the park , helping control the rodent population. Keep your eyes peeled for these furry felines, usually on the prowl at night. I saw one by Grizzly River Run.
The tour-style rides (i.e. Peter Pan) are superb, while the rollercoasters are good. Also, food is unbelievable for amusement park food. I recommend the corn dog+matterhorn macaroon .
All the Disney Animated Classics rides are amazing & have almost no wait. You ride through giant versions of their worlds... Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Snow White & (seriously) Pooh.
Had a wonderful time spending 1 day at Disneyland & California Adventure. I definitely suggest using a touring plan. We followed one and had ALL the must see rides done by 1PM.
Is a goo place and very beautiful. Even that the place is most to children, the adults can have nice times there. The beautiful place for sure is the Mickey's Toontown
Go here on a weekday, not on a weekend or a national holiday, it's to crowded then and to many lines for everything. Don't bring a selfiestick inside, they will make you throw it in the trash.
season pass & parking pass totally worth it if you plan on going more than 4 times in the year. also. you can use your fast pass even if its AFTER the designated time alloted. (not before)
Just about everything was amazing for the first day of Mickey's Halloween Party at Disneyland. Fun, candy and barely any wait time in lines .
Eat a Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans in New Orleans Square. They are the best you'll ever have!!! Yum! And make reservations if you can before you go. They get full fast because of their wonderful menu.
My favorite theme park on Earth. There must be something they put in the air. Amongst the junk food, it's surprisingly easy to find healthy snacks a meals.
One of the best locations for watching the evening fireworks. Food options on this street are a bit limited and there is often a long wait to get a seat. - Matt Ta-Min
The scallops, filet mignon and chocolate bundt cake is one of the most perfect meals ever - Justin Emord
U can eat plants in Tomorrowland. Walt Disney wanted a food farm so fruits & herbs were planted for visitors to consume. - MarkMillerITPro ✔ ツ Miller
Great for the little ones. Wait times can be long to see Mickey and friends - Tom L
My 2-year-old daughter loved Fantasyland. All the rides are geared to the young ones. The tea cups were a favorite! - Nathan Kam
Always get the Dole Whip. Although the Raspberry Whip is very smooth and really tasty! - Marty Mankins
Love, love, love this ride. Anywhere you sit is a great place. - Sam Aceves
Fun, relaxing ride. One of the better dark rides in the park. I do wish they'd cut back some of the Jack Sparrow content, though. - Erika Robbins
Excellent ride! The line moves fairly quickly, so I wouldn't bother getting a fast pass. - Sarah Tippins
