The current staff and management is awesome. Much much better than it has been in the past.

I tend to stick to local coffee shops , but Starbucks on fifth has won me over with their customer service. The workers know my name and drink. Try a double shot on ice with white mocha -- thee best!

The drive-thru people are nice enough but if you walk-in and you're not a senior citizen, there's a fair chance you'll be rewarded with a monotone and some eye rolls.

Great and quick service , and really nice even though they had to work New Years Day.

Love Starbucks but parking lot is not optimally designed

I think when I left my first tip I was bitter about my leaving my familiar Starbucks where I used to live. This one isn't the same but I've warmed up to it. They're not so scowly after all.
