Wonderful staff make me feel like home. Love the valet guys! Neville , my favorite bellman, is a doll, and so is Virginia in the concierge lounge ! Davinia always recognizes my voice on the phone!

Excellent service ...the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel . All employees are truly here to help and to make your stay better. My hubby and I want to stay here forever!

The service from the employees here is FAB! Say HI to Joel @ checkin, Neville in the lobby, Guillermo @Driscoll 's & especially Yolanda in the concierge lounge . They make it like a home away from home!

Hotel was clean . Staff was courteous. Shuttle could get us where we wanted to go but we had A LOT of difficulty getting the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel .

Ask for Yolanda - tell her Diana sent you - she is the nicest & BEST Marriott concierge attendant ever & will take great care of you!

Chef Patrick is awesome. He just brought me the most delicious "gluten free " dinner in the concierge lounge , and everyone else is drooling over it!

Internet access is not free but you can hop on the Methodist wifi if you are in the right spot . This hotel is busy but the service is good.

Don't rent a car! The complimentary shuttle will take you within 2 miles of the hotel ! Awesome!

Plenty of hot water in the shower . Nice, big and soft towels. Comfortable beds .
