The food and drinks are amazing! The view of the Norte Dame is a plus, even under construction . Service is good and the music / vibe is too.
Excellent starters: spicy fried avocado , wagyu beef dumplings & wagyu tataki. Great service. The Roof bar above restaurant (not affiliated) is a spot for drinks and the view .
