The world's most expensive chicken rice is still the best chicken rice in the world. The rice is still as fragrant as ever and the steamed chicken as smooth as silk . The beef hor fun worth a try too!
Revisit this place after so many years. Their Signature Chicken Rice is still my favourite: fragrant rice , very tender white meat which is full of flavour! Enjoyed every single bite of it
Super awesome chicken rice . Super awesome abalone hokkien mee . Super awesome lobster laksa . But be prepared to burn a massive hole in your pocket too. Totally worth it though.
Makes me feel as though I am a Singaporean craving my comfort food when I have this chicken rice . Claypot tofu was lovely as well . Deep flavours without overwhelming the taste.
Their Chicken Rice is delicious as are their crispy baby squid (crunchy!!!), their sour plum juice , their chendol and pretty much everything else on the menu!
back again for their awesome chicken rice . I know it's very very expensive but it's just so good!! if you've not tried it before - do it at least once.
Tried the chicken rice & it was good but pricey ! It's a nice place to bring a friend from out of town to. Soya bean milk is really good. Smooth & not too sweet!
Their signature dish here is their Hainanese Chicken Rice . A must try when you're in Singapore.
My new favourite place for chicken rice with a side do fresh coconut juice . The nasi lemak is also good.
Thought chicken rice was quite good, but I've also never had it before. Locals seem to scoff at the premium price, which at S$27 might be deserved. Generic mall ambiance didn't help.
Most expensive chicken rice in the universe , but it is also the best! Worth every single cent of what you paid!
Hotel priced hawker fare. Famous chicken rice $27 is fragrant and not as oily. Lobster laksa $36 is flavorful with big chunks of lobster . Nasi lemak rice is good too.
Signature is classic. Chicken was really soft and rice also did a good smell. Not too oily and that’s nice.
Always come for chicken rice here, chicken is gd portion & very tender, rice is ok but I think MO bar in HK has much better rice , sauce & soup .
Lobster Laksa was tasty; coconut soup was flavorful. Chicken rice was just so so. Fried yum cake would be yummier if served with sauce.
Good chicken rice (not as oily as the famous ones like boon tong kee and wee nam kee, which is probably why I like it) and awesome awesome tau suan (dessert ). I'd come here especially for it.
Very tasty chicken rice & cha kuay tiew ... even a bit pricey
Bbq pork ribs , nasigoreng and the chicken rice are musts!
Lobster laksa was aromatic and yummy but i think the chicken rice was just alright
Lobster laksa is good!! Chicken rice good but can easily find same standard outside at coffeeshop for $3
Delicious chicken rice that would be worth it if this was half the price. At $27 for just chicken rice , the service was simply not on par.
Known for their expensive hainanese chicken rice ($27+). While the taste is good, i’ll probably stick to those in hawker centres.
The legendary chicken rice at Singapore. You must try it.
Should order thigh or drumstick for the Hainanese chicken
Great that dishes are specified whether contains pork or not. You can change the sausage to chicken sausage for their breakfast set .
Chicken rice is yummy 😊
Chicken rice is good but it's over price. In essence it is a $10 chicken rice and $17 for ambience, hotel chef , rent, etc.
Awesome Mandarin Chicken Rice & the Lobster Laksa .
Came in earlier than others but the chicken they have to catch and slaughter the chicken.Waited more than 20mins
Gotta try the Yin Yang (chilled soya bean milk mixed with grass jelly ). Very refreshing... :)
I was quite disappointed coming here the second time. Although the lobster laksa was good, the portions have halved and the service is not good.
My 5th decade at chatterbox and it's still brilliant but pricy .
beef horfun is not so fun to have
Best chicken rice !
The chicken rice standards have dropped. Used to be one of the top in Singapore.
Best chicken rice ever in Singapore
For the breakfast buffet , be prepared to brace yourself with people who think that food have legs an can run away.
Fine chicken rice indeed but the price is a bit too expensive .
$26 for chicken rice but worth every cent. Succulent and fresh. Must try
Good for tourists . Read more
best hainanese chicken rice
Must try the local foods here!
Good but expensive . Soya bean milk is da bomb.
One of the few places open during the 1st day of CNY.
If you're here to try the chicken rice , don't waste your time and money. Its nothing special especially for $31.80 after tax and service.
This is the mandarin hotel milo dinosaur .
Nice breakfast options .
Wrong hours - only open until 23:00 weekdays.
Best laksa ever hands down.

Lots of good eateries. Tried b'fast at Jones The Grocer & dinner at Ito-Kacho.. both good! The money changer at the 4th floor was courteous. Overall, a convenient mall for hotel guests. - Elaine F.
Great, classy, beautifully decorated hotel cafe in the Mandarin. Note it’s incredibly expensive. But nice and silent. 8/10 - Pieter Levels
