The bagels are nice and fluffy. However, everything else is down hill . They forgot a bunch of stuff in my order and then said they also didn't have other ingredients that most bagel places do.

Steve's makes the BEST Poppy seed bagel , it's practically black! If eating an entire one doesn't make you fail a drug test, I don't know what will!

Don't need to toast your bagels , they are so fresh out the oven that the butter/ creamcheese soften and melt.
