Problem for me was I had only today left here so I forced my friend to split the blueberry pancakes and I also had the rustic Benedict, excellent! Service was great and got seated in 10 mins.
Chai Latte was excellent, Chicken & French Toast was amazing. Must have breakfast while in Boulder. Be prepared to wait a bit, but so worth it.
Order the half size if you’re not a lumberjack - their normal portion is huge!
Great vibes and fabulous brunch food . Their wall doodle features rock climbers and road bikers! :)
Everything is amazing here. Try the California omelet scrambled style. To die for!
Saddlebags! With this magical dish you can have meat INSIDE your pancakes with two eggs on top! If you are a fan of breakfast , roll out of bed and get to the Buff.
Huge portions , 99 cent mimosas , amazing dirty chai with soy milk . Get saddleback if you like sweet savory mix. This is the place for a hearty breakfast .
Get something smothered in green Chile (the best of which is probably the Ole skillet )
When god wrote the hangover cure formula he said: you shall have saddlebags with bacon and maple syrup . It's on the bible. At least, on the awesome version of the book .
Had the saddlebags with bacon . So good, but definitely split this with at least 2 people!!!
All six of us had a great breakfast each ordering a different egg skillet . The bloody merry and mimosa for $0.99 were a great addition
Come, get a place in line , go shopping. Worth the 1 hour wait. Food is amazing. Bloody Mary is a must.
The huevos rancheros are phenomenal, and all of their teas and coffees are really good too
Locals told us this was the best breakfast in Boulder, and they were right!
On Man v Food, Adam Richman visits The Buff and chows down on their legendary saddlebags -- a secret recipe of pancakes with bits of bacon and sausage cooked into the batter.
Had the Olé and it didn't disappoint. Great food, large amount, great price and staff .
the ole skillet is tasty. Portions are a little big for me in general. Come hungry.
Get the saddle bag with bacon . Don't even look at the menu! Just look the server in the eye & say "Saddle bag with bacon "! Done & done.
The French toast and waffles are maybe one of the best things I've put in my mouth.
Delicious food but be careful--when they ask you if you want maple syrup they mean REAL maple syrup and will charge you $2 more.
Pancakes , mimosas , all the other breakfast foods , Bloody Marys , as needed.
Carmel pecan quesadilla--damn good. Mom thought ole skillet was just ok but I really liked the Pacific Benedict . The lemon pecan pancake was pretty good but not killer.
Do it. Grab your friends, grab some drinks. Fuck it, grab your friends' drinks. They close early though...
The Ole skillet is really the only choice and if you don't order pork green chile on it, you're an idiot.
Fruit plate is huge and filling. Great orange juice .
Gluten-free heaven. Try the granola pancakes with almond butter and REAL maple syrup .
Actually. ..you want the olé skillet with both green Chile and queso . Ask for both - it's awesome!
Nahika is the happiest server ever. Ask for her if you want a bright start to your day!
Great food. Wouldn't recommended The huevos rancheros though. Everything was awesome though!
The sandlebags are tasty! Sweet and savory in every bite - bacon in your pancakss. Yum. Also $.99 bloody marys and mimosas ain't too shabby ;)
Saddlebags: what more is there to say? I like to have blueberries added to mine.
Mochas are homemade and served in a giant mason jar . Must have!!!
The staff is great, I had the two step with an iced 3rd street chai . Everything is perfect!!!!
[crocodile dundee voice] What you’ve eaten before isn’t a pancake . THIS is a pancake .
Can get 3 99¢ mimosas , Bloody Mary's or tequila sunrises with your entree. Awesome.
Great food...try the dirty hippie coffee !
Love the white buffalo drink, so tasty!
Long waits on the weekend but excellent service and 99 cent drinks with entrees.
99 cent Bloody Mary's and fantastic food. Great gluten free options .
Get the Ole skillet and a White Buffalo or a Queen Mary!
Omlettes with tons of veggies . Fruit bowl is absolutely extravagant.
Two step, scrambled, bacon . That’s all you need to remember.
Saddlebags (pancakes with bacon ), French Toast , and Tequila Sunrises
The restaurant moved across the street. Now at 2600 Canyon Blvd. In the old Original Pancake House Bldg.
Try the Saddlebags with bacon . Absolutely great for a hangover when you have a .99c mimosa as the hair of the dog.
$0.99 bloody mary's and mimosas ! Key. Good hungover food. Also, they get you seated pretty fast even for a weekend busy brunch .
Get the chimmi pollo with queso AND green chili
The California omelet was incredible. Good coffee too! Seems like a popular place.
Best brunch in Colorado.
