This gym is relatively easy too navigate with "new" everything! It's pretty empty on weekends and late evenings. Overall a nice place to get your workout on!
I love this gym !!! Hardly any guys here ever do squats (or train legs period) which leaves those pretty much free... LOL
Look for "chicken legs " (guys with big arms and upper body but pyuwneee legs). Usually hiding them behind a pair of pants ... LOL
A good time to work out is around 1pm to 4pm it gets crowded by 5pm to 6pm onwards.💪

Parking is so hard to find sometimes!!, but the place is nice and clean
Parking is bad, some associates seemed to not be happy working there. However, there seems to be enough equipment to use in a small gym . Good place to work out.
