before starting your workout on any of the cardio machines. make sure to check if the cup holders are clean . many of them has mold, dirt, rust, and the occasional spit up gum.

Super clean and spacious compared to other locations. All the workers are nice and always greet you as you come and go.

Circuit Room is for CIRCUIT TRAINING! Not just the arm curls&wipe the machines down when your done ferfucksake!!!

The circuit room is not a break room. And don't stay on one station if there is a group people behind you. Thank you

Wipe down equipment after and before use.... Some people do not wash their hands after using the restroom
