My favorite "biergarten " in Dallas, right behind the Katy Trail , awesome local craft beer selection on draft served in frosty thick glass cups, burgers are really good, dog friendly and cozy !

Perfect for games and bar outings and especially good for the live music and country scene. Definitely a large assortment of beers , but the best are the local summer brews during summertime.

Solid outdoor bar with nice dogs. The burger is amazing and the cheese fries are good for sharing. Frozen margaritas on a hot day hits the spot

The entire menu is delicious! BBQ is some of the best ever! Charro Beans ,breakfast tacos and home made chips ! All local beers , delicious!

The atmosphere and beer selections are great. The food however, not great. I had a burger and fries and husband had tacos , both dripping with grease. We were grossed out! Burger and beans were good.

Perfect spot to watch a game and enjoy a beer in an outdoor setting off the Katy Trail . Feel free to bring your dog on a leash. Great for groups .

Good beer , decent food. The food will not knock your socks off or anything but the location is great when the weather is nice and the beer is ice cold.

Lots of picnic tables to hang out on right next to the Katy Trail . Plus, they turn on heaters and leave out blankets during the colder months.

Parking is a nightmare. If you're coming to watch a popular sporting event or if you're coming on a beautiful weekend day, show up earlier than you want to. Seriously....Did I say that parking sucked?

I was disappointed this wasn't a house made out of ice, like the one my friend Eyvindur let me stay in prior to my 3rd transcontinental dogsled race, until I remembered his place didn't have brisket .

The Schooners are the best thing! And take the walk on the trail to burn a few extra calories that you are consuming!

Inane method of transferring from tab at bar to patio . Server got all huffy because she didn't explain it (totally non intuitive) and was pissed at the world because she had a big ticket walk.

The only ice house in Texas that takes reservations and has valet. Not sure how this makes sense. Very Dallas.

Don’t expect good service hereAs the waiter will come take your order eventually. They have food runners and drink runners to bring out the food which will arrive at your table at all different times
