Definitely has the Austin vibe with the food trucks changing on a daily basis! Creative places to relax and if they run out of seats, pull up a lawn chair and enjoy the live music !

Fantastic Cheesesteaks !!! Cheese Wiz is awesome as is the Provolone !!! You can add yummy jalapeños or mushrooms too! The Yard is pretty cool as is the treehouse!

You can't miss this spot! Very informal outdoor seating served by a small bar indoors. Food trucks that change daily pull up near the rear of the 'yard'. This is a great place to relax with friends!

Cool local spot on Greenville. It's mostly an open-air patio spot with live music . They rotate 3-4 food trucks to choose from, but their philly cheesestake is pretty on point too.

Beer mixed with liquor is available on draft . HUGE backyard patio has plenty of seats & food trucks if you get hungry. If from out of town this is a good spot to visit for a stereotypical Texas feel.

Cool place! They have a big screen for playing football games. I'm guessing the stage could be used for live bands too. Specialty drinks are served in the tree house. You can bring your dog!

Awesome and fun place to have a beer with friends! An opened tab works on every bar and they have a great local craft beer selection ! They check ID at the entrance.

This place is awesome! Such a great idea. You get the familiarity of a favourite pub without the same stale menu. Good beer choices , GREAT cheese steak and the treehouse bar is fun!

Awesome spot. Like Chicken Scratch, but funkier. Treehouse bar is pretty fun but small. Delicious Philly cheesesteaks and cocktails on tap . Try the Twisted Mule.

Truck Yard is heavenly on a good day. Crowds, heat and volume level can alter the experience tremendously ... But if u can get a good spot it is a great time. The cheesesteak a the front is a must.

The vibe was casual , junkyard-inspired. There were a few food trucks but food was very average and so were the drinks. If you wanna grab a few beers with your friends &chill , this is a good location

The boudin balls were excellent as well as the super great Philly cheesesteak ! Plus a nice dark and stormy to wash it all down.

At the Truck Yard, that steak is shaved from a rib roast right behind the counter. It's without a doubt the best cheesesteak in Dallas right now.

One of the best patio places in Dallas that I have been to; it is a great place to chill and a lot of fun.

Fantastic place to stand in line with 8 yr olds and dogs to wait for a beer . 40 mins later a dead hobo and a dog BBQ contest and boom beer .

Atmosphere here is great. Unfortunately it can get way too crowded . Get there early if it's a nice day.

Love it here. Truck rotation keeps the food varied, drinks are good. Only issue is parents get lazy and don't always keep their kids controlled.

And Jason Boso didn't open the Truck Yard so he could sit on a stuffy couch . They will have regular operating hours (no, it's not a dive bar , but it has a bar in a tree so it exceeds categories).
