The Foundry

The Foundry books some final touring acts as well as some equally fine local bands . The atmosphere is always friendly and the food is possibly the best of any area music venue .

This place was great! Good food from next door can deliver or to you all the way by the stage. Good pricing overall too. I left my car and took an Uber, but it was safely found the next day. :)

I had half a pecan roasted rotisserie chicken , mashed potatoes with fried chicken gravy , and a biscuit . It was delicious. Good draft beer selection , too, with about 15 on tap . Lots of local brews .

My favorite bar in Dallas! Live music all the time, great beer , THE BEST chicken biscuits "next door," and really cool atmosphere. Friday nights are way less crowded than Saturdays.

The Southern food is delicious. All of it! The live bands are always fun to watch here.

Be sure to stop at the Foundry Bar next door which has live music and outdoor games to help you kick back after a day on the town .

If you love The Strokes you're going to love this place! Their playlist always has some Strokes and has a great vibe to listen to The Strokes.

The stage setup, an impressive installation made up of more than 650 reclaimed wood pallets, the brainchild of local artist Gary Buckner, and is the obvious focal point.

Tamales we pretty tasty! Mashed were good and of course- you have to try he chicken . I did the half bird cooked on the rotisserie- ++++

This place is a blast! Great bar with local beers on tap is a plus. Chicken Scratch is right next door for some other good eats!

Do yourself a favor and get a Reaper Madness black IPA , it's fantastic. Really cool stage area and the music wasn't 1,000 decibels.

I've been to the Foundry three times and found the staff extremely bored and rude. I called the owner to complain which had no impact. Not a friendly place and we will never return.
