A great place to get in a great hike and get in touch with nature!
Overall not the greatest hangout on the Hooch. Sope Creek, a couple of miles up the road , is preferable. There is a boat launch here. As of May 20, there is construction adjacent to the park as well .
Great for hiking or letting your dog run around in the water!

A lot of different trails, you can easily choose how long/short you want to hike and there are many maps along the way so you will always know where you are and how to get back. - curtis coston
Get your hike on! Lots of hiking trails in this disconnected park and generally pretty quiet - Jon Darveau
Really nice trail. They spread wood chips so it is very soft. Great for running. Plus is covered with trees so will be cool, even on a hot day. - Bella
