Flex tickets can cause people to sit on your assigned seat. Even if the train is empty, politely ask them to move because it might fill up later and create a mess.

Not sure of this is normal, but the carriages weren't numbered so everybody was asking staff . Very confusing when you have a limited time to board your train and find your seat!

Be sure to be in time. Our Uber took a wrong way and we arrive late. They don’t return or changue your itinerary. Staff no friendly , bad service. Highly disappointed
