Starbucks

This is the bigger of the two Starbucks at Amsterdam Central Station. It can be found on track 2B & has a lot more seating options than the smaller, to-go one downstairs does. Great for coffee dates.

Unique location with high ceilings and sorta antique-y decor. Baristas are super sweet. Good place to grab a bite and a cup of coffee before hitting the road .

Super calm and empty in the mornings, also you can grab a coffee and just exit to the main atrium of central station

The bigger one at Amsterdam Central. Coffee is as you'd expect. The people are friendly here. Go sit on the terrace and watch the people at the train station rushing by.

Starbucks coffee , with a balcony over the main entrance of the train station . A good peace for a break in the morning or in your voyage.

There are two Starbucks within Centraal Station (but only one on Foursquare). One in the west hall, the other, up on platform 1, is beautiful and has a balcony overlooking an entrance.

The Starbucks flat white is the least bad coffee you can get in the train station .

Beautiful place! Starbucks is always a great place to be when you travel so you'll remember your trip when you're in a Starbcks next to your home.

Indonesian coffee is the best in the world! Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi.

This is one of the most elegant Starbucks I've ever been in.

This is not the kind of Starbucks to sit down & hang out with someone. There are seats, but not many and it's always crowded . Go to the Starbucks on Platform 2b, where there are more seating options.

For better seating, choose the branch on track 2B. Great balcony !

Have your order and card/money ready before you get to the cash register so you don't hold up people in a hurry.

Tried the new Christmasedition coffee ! Orange/mocha!!! Real nice!!!

Try a triple grande no whip caramel mocha . It's delicious and tastes much better here than in any New York Starbucks I've tried it so far.

For sure not the best coffee in town . But the cheesecake is pretty good!

This Starbucks serves the (commonly available) White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl cheesecake , which in my opinion is better than the alternative (crunchy) cheesecake available at Starbucks Schiphol.

Cozy place, seems like there are not so much people at this side of the station so so as this shop. Though I don't like the formula of the strawberry Frappuccino . Not much of the taste of strawberry :(

They have signs saying they don't take the "swipe" (non-chip) credit cards, but the machines work if you ask. Also there's no artificial sweetener, no power outlets , and very little seating.

Why was I here? Right, everything else on Sunday afternoon was too crowded . At least the quality of their beverages are consistent unlike at coffee company.

Great spot! Get a table near the big window facing The IJ river , good views and (plenty of power sockets, if you need any). Don't forget to ask for promotions (mostly there is one).

Muffins are a bit stale in the late afternoon.
