A huge variety of toppings/add-ons make this place perfect for people to customize their ramen . Always recommend the Tonkatsu Black :) Tempura Brussel sprouts are amazing as well .
I get the Spicy Chicken Ramen (#11) with a seasoned egg and thick noodles . Pretty solid. Tried the Jynia Dinamite too, amazing!
It could get real crowded during lunch time. I always order Tonkatsu Raman.. Soup is nice and noodle is well done. It is still hard to compare to Santoka for the meat...
The vegetarian noodle soup isn't strictly ramen but it's still really good! Broth I'd nice and salty and there's a good complement of vegetables to go with it.
Ramen is on point and noodle refills are free!!! Also karaage/fried chicken is awesome
