Finally a great ramen shop in the Seattle area! This Japanese chain is known for its shio tonkotsu ramen . You won't be disappointed!
I'm not a pork broth fan, so when I come here I enjoy their rice bowl with salmon and roe on top.
Some of the finest ramen I've had, and I've returned here frequently to make sure it's not a fluke. Can replace the pork broth with vegetarian broth if preferred.
I got the salmon & ikura gohan . So glad I did, fresh & flavorful just as it should be.
Love the gyoza combo for lunch . This place could get vey crowded for lunch .
Little Ramen place just off the main strip in Bellevue. Solid dishes and a good, cheap combo menu
Fantastic flavorful ramen . Chill , quiet atmosphere .
Got an amazing service from Brad. All staffs are very nice. Toroniku Yasai Gomadare Hiyashi and Karamiso Tsukemen I ordered are lacking flavor. Will try to order something else next time.
best ramen in seattle. maybe best on the west coast.
Gyoza Combination is a relatively good deal in this pricy Ramen shop !
Just as tasty as its other counterparts around the world, but one thing to note, no vegetarian or chicken options here, strictly a porkie goodness.
I recommend the Toroniku Ramen . The pork has great flavor melts in your mouth.
If you try to go there early to avoid the line , bring a jacket ! The AC is on full blast! ❄️⛄️❄️
Can't praise enough for this place. You know it's great ramen when they only have ramen on their menu.
Limited menu for their soft opening for about the next week. Tender and tasty pork cheek ... Yum!
Try Cha-Shu Gohan Combo - Ramen and Cha-Shu over rice
One of the better Ramen places in Bellevue! Not as much MSG and the lineup outside is because they do not have any lineups inside.
Takiyaki are the best
Happy Hour is Sundays to Thursdays. 3pm-5pm!
all broths are pork based. only thing for vegetarian is a small side salad .
The pork cheeks specialty is BRUTAL, A MUST HAVE
Shio ramen . Can't go wrong getting what they are famous for.
Ramen was pretty good. All of it was variations on tonkotsu . Probably wouldn't get the dry, salty karaage again.
Shio Tonkotsu Ramen w/ aji-tama gets it right.
Tsukemen , karaage
This ramen place is so good.
Vegetarian ramen is really good!
The food here is good but the wait, unorganized service makes it almost not worth the trip. The management team need to have a better process seating guests. It has not improved since its openning.
Really good ramen here.
Spicy broth is bomb.
The noodle is so good!
Green salad
Meh. Go to coco across the street. Its better
Quick service, and I love the Tonkatsu Black with its nori and creamy broth. - Shelah Anne "Marina" Woo
Garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen is a delicious addition to the menu. - Kuya Karl
The chicken katsu is delicious, any of the rolls are amazing and anything tempura is perfect. Looooooove this place! Probably the best Japanese place around. - Tati Meyer
Amazing mall with a huge selection of stores stocked with pretty great stuff. Very clean and vibrant. - Yash Kadaru
Good spot to take a planked to and a book. Great for a run too - Nohely Castro
Their boba is the best in Seattle, but you have to like milk tea. Also make sure they're open before going! - Eric Nelson
