Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan. Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling...

The Tonkotsu is one of their most popular dishes, and with good reason. I like to order it with an extra side of noodles , which they bring out when your close to only having only broth left. Yummy!
Had the rich garlic broth with chicken , the yuzu shio with chicken and both were great! The garlic is very strong in Tonkotsu Shio . The chicken karaage is pretty good fried chicken .
Fantastic ramen ! Service is sometimes lacking and wait times can be very long, but it's worth it! So good!
Everything on the menu is good, but try the tonkatsu ramen and the chicken karaage . Regular sodium broth is more flavorful. Be prepared to wait if your party is larger than 2, but it's so worth it.
The Yuzu Shio Ramen with French sea salt , kelp, and Japanese citrus is the best of the bunch at this Bellevue restaurant .
Go for the original Japanese tonkatsu broth, don't skimp for the low sodium Americanized booth .
Got the garlic tonkotsu and it was quite tasty! The wings were good too, lemony and sweet. The chicken kaarage was good as well .
Great little Ramen place with lots of different options. Shoyu with pork belly is a great choice as is the special edition Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu
Love the tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg . I'm crazy about their soft boiled eggs . And the almond tofu dessert . Delicious! Get your own. I won't share.
I want to try more things on the menu but I always have to get the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen . Always make sure you get an egg with it as well .
Now that the restaurant has been open for a few months, it is not as crowded and is easier to be seated. The wait staff seems to have worked out most of the kinks. Excellent food worth the patience!
Authentic and delicious. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the options. There was a decent wait on the Friday night I went.
Best ramen I've had in Seattle so far. Tonkatsu is the best.
You have to try different things to know what you like. They offer a "light" version and a traditional version of most broths. As for low sodium, this dish was never meant to be that way.
Spicy Ramen and the pork bun are amazing here. Just make sure to come early(at 11). The place fills up quick!
A serving of edamame paired with an order of extra noodles and unseasoned pork+chicken broth makes for an excellent lunch meal for a baby toddler.
fantastic ramen . i always get the vegetarian with the half boiled egg . friends recommend half sodium on other broths (not applicable for vege ).
Being the brand new and one of tje best ramen in Seattle , this place is packed for botj lunch and dinner . But table for 2 will get seated much faster than bigger parties.
Get there before noon on weekends. The French salt broth was meh so try the spicy broth . Potstickers were tasty and the staff hustled to get folks in and out.
They now have Low Sodium broth options due to 'customer feedback' which on the Shoyu is now perfect tasting. Order the Shio regular, it's perfect as is.
Everything is fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service too!
Get the Tonkotsu ramen with the original broth. If anyone tells you to get the low sodium option it is a tell tail sign that they don't really know ramen .
Tonkatsu ramen is the best. Their waitresses getting better at seating people now so shorter wait time. They DO learn, which is a good thing.
the yuzu and the tonkotsu shoyu hit the spot very well . very different and yet very well done.
Definitely the best ramen in Seattle . Get the tonkatsu ramen !
I didn't want pork-broth, which left me only one option. Broth and meat were OK, but the noodles were good! It's funny to hear the American waiter explain the menu w/ "the way WE do it in Japan", lol.
Not bad exactly but a little off. The spicy chilled tofu wasn't spicy , the chashu in my bowl of ramen a little tough and the egg on the runny side
Veggie ramen is great. Would suggest not getting tofu with it since it doesn't go that well with it.
Great service!. Be ready to wait as there is a long line . The tonkotsu ramen was super delish.
My favorite is the chicken ramen with rich broth.
Miso ramen spicy is delicious. Always a go to spot if mine
There's half of the recommended sodium for consumption in the noodle broth. Ask for low sodium! Try the chicken wings though!
Garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen is a delicious addition to the menu.
Great atmosphere and great food. Can't go wrong with any of the ramen
Spicy ramen is SO GOOD!
The ramen is delicious. You can't go wrong.
Get the tonkostsu shoyu ramen . Ordering anyhing else is a mistake.
amazing delish, so happy they're open all day long on weekends now!
One thing they need is a heat lamp by the entrance. Whenever doors open, a gust of cold air comes in, and it's not very pleasant.
The Tsukemen with Tonkotsu base is really delicious!
Also, freshen up after eating a bowl of garlic ramen with some complimentary mouthwash in the restrooms
Get you Miso Ramen and add an Egg ! Super good~~~
Takoyaki and ramen are among the best around!
Don't even mess with the low sodium broth . Make sure to get the soft bolied egg with your ramen .
Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen
Good food, good customer service
Ask for low sodium. Karaage Chicken , Chicken wing
Currently, they don't participate in their own rewards program 😒
The rich chicken was delicious. Try it when you get tired of tonkatsu !
Get here right when they open as this place gets crowded .
