This location is one of my favs because it actually has a decent amount of seating, high ceilings and nice ambiance, and Sunday Bird Korean fried chicken and snacks in the back.
The strawberry matcha latte is amazing!! Its a three layered latte with matcha tea , milk and thick strawberry syrup . The sunday bird with spicy chilli sauce is the best korean fried chicken .
All the boba !! So good. Strawberry matcha is interesting:) I usually go for the classic jasmine milk tea with boba
Strauss Family soft-serve blended with matcha was an unexpected frozen treat to find at this location's menu.
I like the Muscat oolong tea with boba pearl on it..you can have it on iced or hot????????
best bubble tea i’ve ever had!! went there every morning when i was in san fran.
FYI, Dirty Horchata is horchata with espresso shots ... yummy but not what you might crave at a boba tea shop.
Hot muscat oolong with almond jellies and tapioca balls is great!
Yummy matcha latte with tapioca , 4 levels of sweetness make it just right.
The fried chicken sandwich is awesome
The Strawberry Cali-pico is just like it sounds: a strawberry Calpico drink, but freshly mixed.
Good but worth the wait? Eh, unless you really love boba . If you’re in NYC, just go to their location there instead.
I got the horchata with boba . Delicious!
Loved that I can get almond or soy milk .
Grand opening day and it's already poppin'! This is where the old T4 was, didn't take long;)

The friendly neighborhood theater. While it may have lost the pre-AMC era charm, it's still nice. Screens 7 and 8 in particular are fun because they feel like a big home theater, very intimate. - J T
Great to pick up lunch-choose from delish bento boxes, sushi, musubi or seaweed salad. Fresh and healthy! - S C
