Stuyvesant Oval is a park New York located in United States.
14th / 20th St Loop New York , NY 10009 United States
Great park that's open to the public, but little-known to people outside stuy-town. Best known for the farmers market in the fall, ice rink in the winter, and of course sunbathers in the summer.
Walking around the Oval, which sits in the middle of Stuyvesant Town feels like stumbling into a mini-village. Walkways, running paths, and kids toys are at every turn.
The main reason why I live here. Fantastic spot to sunbathe , read and relax on weekends after a hectic NYC work week.
Great place to relax Amon nice days. Adirondack chairs are an awesome addition
Quiet place for a day on the grass with the family. Kid friendly
In 1609, 400 years ago, you would be standing in the East River ! Settlers used dirt from leveled hills among other resources to manufacture the Stuyvesant Town we know today! Read more
Great spots to relax with friends. A farmer 's market on Sundays in the summer and lots more outdoor events .
The most, and mean most, delicious tomatoes you will find in NYC.
Solid fishing conditions in the fountain . The trout really bite.
Watch out for bikers. Even though there is a clear sign saying no cycling in the Oval, security clearly does not enforce it. #sad @pcvstliving
It's not actually an oval. It's a circle. Use that to impress your date.
Tonic and Sister Hazel on the bill for free concert on the oval today! 3pm
A great place to relax .......and watch the ladies get sun on the grass.... :)
