Don't know her name but barista with short platinum blonde hair is awesome and so friendly ! Not as fast as other Starbucks but always busy

This Starbucks is right across and down the street from "Watch Me Grow" - the best Occupational and Physical Therapy for kids that I know of. We stop here for coffee or a passion tea before OT.

Frappachinos, friendly staff , lots of seating, great for people watching on 1st Ave

Consistent with inventory issues. No half and half , napkins, small straws, flat lids, ice, etc.

This Starbucks makes the BEST frap !!! Ice to coffee ratio on point... has a kind of a slushie texture to it. I'm hooked!!!

People are constantly taking the wrong drink. Make sure it's the right drink before you start slurping it.

Iced Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato . My drink for the last I don't know, 15 years. Never goes out of style and it's so much better iced than it is hot.

the outdoor construction made it scary to walk in! I thought a crane was going to crash down on my head. the counter with the milks and straws was FILTHY as well .

If you're visiting this location in the Fall, I implore you to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte

Lots of medical and nurse staff from Beth Israel across the street. Good place for a caffeine overdose. The singing girl behind the counter could use a vocal coach.

They make drinks perfect and super nice!

Quite possibly the 2nd worst coffee shop in NYC. It is on my list, just so you know not to go.

Free wifi is great, but access to outlets would be even better!
