Pretty tasty but expensive compared to local non hotel options. Did have a nice room for 18 people. I'd go back. The lamb dish was excellent.

The Beijing duck was excellent, but needs to be ordered a day in advance. Very traditional preparation with 1 duck being used in 4 dishes. Pancakes, soup, minced and also a fried rice. - Matt Ta-Min
