The Beijing duck was excellent, but needs to be ordered a day in advance . Very traditional preparation with 1 duck being used in 4 dishes. Pancakes , soup , minced and also a fried rice .
Many people come here for its lunch buffet , but this place offers so much more. It's currently organized by a Singaporean Michelin-starred chef , a perfectionist with lotsa delicious ideas.
The Roasted Duck is a must-have. Don't forget to order 1 day in advance .

Pretty tasty but expensive compared to local non hotel options. Did have a nice room for 18 people. I'd go back. The lamb dish was excellent. - Josh A
