Great drinks and the best night view of Taipei ! Try to get there before 101 lights out!
A good place to talk with close friends on crucial issues....
Nice view of the city , fast service , try the snapper , it's nice.
Restaurant serves modern European food . Chef is pretty good but the service is really slow. Views over Taipei are good though.
View is better than 101 observation.
Body treatment is next door, not in the lounge !

The Beijing duck was excellent, but needs to be ordered a day in advance. Very traditional preparation with 1 duck being used in 4 dishes. Pancakes, soup, minced and also a fried rice. - Matt Ta-Min
