Words cannot describe the beauty of the architecture and gardens of this palace . Enjoy the mix of Muslim and Christian architecture from the 14-16th centuries and amazing tile work.
Absolutely amazing palace and gardens . If you're a Game of Thrones fan, you'll notice several set locations from Dorne.
If you want to avoid the tour groups and hordes of tourists , go when it opens or later in the afternoon. We spent 4 hours here - including a relaxed lunch at the cafe in the gardens .
Absolutely incredible. I could have stayed all day! So much history and opulence packed into one visit. Must do.
The Real Alcázar is one of the most beautiful places in Spain. The gardens are incredible all year long. Book your tickets in advance and plan enough time to discover all.
This place is huge. You’ll easily manage to spend a morning or afternoon strolling around. There is a cafe inside for when you need to take the weight off your feet. Look out for the peacocks .

One of the most beautiful buildings in the world. See it. No excuses.
Beautiful royal palace (still in use) created in the mudejar style, with lots of inspiration taken from Granada's Alhambra. Once inside, get your Upper Royal Palace tickets early before they sell out.
Pretty crowded in the morning, I would recommend going later in the day. Beautiful palace with so many gorgeous tiled rooms. The gardens are a good place to get away from the tour groups.
Spectacular. I spent four hours in the Alcázar and its marvelous gardens , but you can stay even longer and still be amazed but its beauty.
Beautiful castle 🏰 great ancient architecture ✨
Phenomenal blend of Spanish and Moorish architecture . Very cool stop. Takes about 2h to see it all at a decent pace. Can get a little lost inside.
Really not sure how worth it I can say the audio guides were for this, unless you're into a lot of technical history of architectural features. Much of the audio guide info was repeated on signs.
Huge gardens ! Get lost in them for hours, book your ticket ahead of time or skip the line and pay extra for a guide!

Definitely must see palace in Sevilla. If you have seen Alhambra, it may not be that charming but if you did not see Alhambra yet, visit here first.
This is a great place to visit. Take a tour , you will learn a little more about the palace and it's history.
Interesting because it's still the official residence of the king and queen of Spain when they're in Sevilla, but they do not let you see that area in the upper palace , which was disappointing.
If you have booked the tour to cuarto real alto, come super early! The line at the entrance is ridiculous even if you have bought the tickets online.
