The Tsui Wah after security does not have egg and ham sandwiches or bun w condensed milk . Make sure to pick one up from the Tsui Wah before security if that's what you want!
If I'm transferring in HKG, this is my must go spot before departure. Fish ball rice noodle soup , butter bun & Hong Kong style milk tea is my all time fav combo.

Pretty standard Tsui Wah. Dependable for your HK canto dishes. Large and open space with lots of room for groups. Come here if you need a last milk tea or a wonton noodle before you leave HK.
This Noodles is a must if you happen to have a meal here. I can just have it plain! If you not keen on prawn , you can order roast pork to match with it.

Restaurant chain that you can find everywhere in Hongkong. Perfect fit tourists as they offer typical hongkong dishes, Chinese food as well as food from many other Asian countries . Not cheap though
They have these set breakfasts with "Non-Environmental Damage Egg ". Not sure what it means something to do "non-polluted farms ". You would think they could get someone to proof read their English!
Must visit this before you proceed to departure, security and immigration clearance. Their "Ying-yong lai cha" is so delicious.

Must try their local chinese fast food . I like their beef brisket noodles , fried rice , pork baked rice in tomato sauce , and milk tea !
Get take away and make the entire flight jealous of your soya chicken and chad siu rice . Best milk tea as well .
