This is suppose to be the largest apple store in size, well kids corner is new to all stores i've been to, well nothing different than other apple stores except size

Apple “repairs” can only do three things: (1) replace battery (2) replace screen (3) replace the entire phone. If you want anything else, better travel 5 mins on the MTR to Wan Chai Computer Centre.

What a store! It is huge. Needed to visit a Genius and the service was great.

Even if you don't need anything go into this store. It is a big kid's paradise of electronic gadgets.

The staff thought I wanted to charge my iPhone on the iPhone display so he advised me to charge it at the iPad display. It charges faster. Sweet right!

If Apple says it can’t be fixed and they suggest you buy a replacement phone, don’t be conned. Go to Wan Chai Computer Centre and get it fixed in front of you for around $300-500 only.

Two floors apple store is huge. But you can easily get help if you ask. Better know what you want before you go.

The staff are intelligent, overworked and still positive. I'm so impressed I wish Apple Inc. would allow me to leave a tip with my Genius helper, or at the very least a large supermarket coupon. ????????

I was charging my phone and playing with the Macbook Air at the same time. No one is bothering me. Don't abuse it though. Or just charge your phone at Starbucks.
