This gym is awesome - seriously, they provide you with everything, even tees, shorts and socks aside from all other basics. All stations are touchscreens w/ ipod & USB plug to download your workout!

Pure Fitness offers great classes . It's great value if you can go to two classes per week! Their instructors are awesome

This little yoga clothes store on 3/F IFC has a magic door at the back leading to an amazingly large fitness gym .

Lots of corporate discounts on memberships. Make sure to ask if you work for one of HK's bigger companies!

The only time any property of mine has gone “walkabout” in the whole of Hong Kong has been in the ladies changing rooms of this gym . Look after your stuff here(!)

Great views and lots of space for your workout.

The new renovations have left the change rooms less user friendly before. Bring back the benches !

Really irresponsible place. Changed their policy after you joined the membership and they wouldn't notify you. When you complain, they won't even reply your email.

If your feet are over size 9, bring your own socks .

Try the new rope climbers, they'll truly work your whole body.
