The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit

Great hotel . Rooms are spacious , comfortable , and very well appointed. Service is impeccable- From check-in to breakfast . Breakfast service is quick (perfect if you're rushed!); lots of menu options.

Great service. Rooms are very spacious , clean and border on luxurious . I was both surprised and impressed with the accommodations. If I ever go back to Detroit I will be staying here.

Great hotel . The rooms are big and nice, the beds are great. You can usually get a deal in Priceline but even if you pay full price it's worth it. Try Roast restaurant too.

Great experience! Bed linens & towels were wonderful. Shower heads were awesome. Hot water was there as soon as you turned on the faucet. Staff was very attentive! Can't think of one bad experience

A great stay in Detroit. Platinum members get club level access which has a great complimentary breakfast .

Dave at the bar = the man. Chicken tacos are the best menu item. Corner rooms are bigger. Club lounge closes at 7pm, usually a few minutes before.

Plan ahead to wait for the valet service . The guys are very friendly and quickly know you by face and name. However, the process still takes a while.

From the Roaring 20's on through the 2020's this is the finest hotel in the city of Detroit. World class shopping, dining and night life are all within walking distance. Read more

Awesome food and service, hats off to the staff , so friendly !

The polished marble floors in the lobby are great for roller blading . Put on some purple bike shorts and blade like you own the place. Tell the front desk you're a Starwood preferred guest.

The entire staff is courteous and professional. The rooms are great and the shower is fantastic...

The "Heavenly Bed" label is no joke. Easy to oversleep!

Fantastic restaurants in the hotel . WORST place for any wifi or cell phone reception!

Got to check out the Motor Bar - Dave the bartender is great for a chat while you catch up on work (free wifi ) and their bar food menu is awesome!

Be prepared to have your mind blown by the dual showerheads. Also, this place has history. Look into it if you have time.

Nice gym and spa

Service is the hotel is sub-par especially for a Westin. Reserved a double bed, got a single. Called down and asked for a roll-away, never delivered. Try to make Spa reservation , I dare you.

Comfortable . Decent steakhouse in the lobby (Roast). Nothing special.

Spacious rooms

Horrible experience!!! Room wasn't ready when promised, valet took 30min after we called and they forgot, while waiting for the valet got pick pocket robbed out front, no extra pillows . Never again!

Rooms are fantastic, motor bar is a tad pricey and I would steer clear of Valet . They messed up a friends car pretty bad.

The Mushroom Ravioli at 24 Grill is excellent.

Nicest rooms in the city
