Food came out wrong and cold so asked for manager was told. You can keep the Orginal food and he will give us a discount or he can just remake our food for us. Which one do we want to do.

Dana is an awesome server! She wasn't my server but got me my refills on soda because my server didn't. Thanks Dana!

I could write a dissertation about all the things this joint does badly. If American burgers were judged on this, you'd basically be able to find better burgers in any other country . Pretty sad

Waited forever to be seated while one whole side of the restaurant was empty... Order was screwed up, had to have milkshake remade twice... But waitress was really sweet and nice:)

Order a Chicken Cheese Steak with American and pepper jack cheese it's awesome

Nice food, nothing amazing. Free refills of coke and chips

Have eaten here in the past, servers are friendly but service is a little slow...

Stephen is the best server. He usually only works mornings though.

The worst service I have ever had. Got my milkshake after we were done eating when we ordered it when we sat down. Waited a good 30 minutes for food and it wasn't even hot. Terrible!

Simple orders were messed up. Despite what our server said the UNsweetened does NOT taste sweet. Even with sugar packets, it was gross. Chili cheese fries were mediocre. Will not be returning.

Great hot dog & burgers ..

Waited for 5 minutes for the three employees standing around to notice me and offer me a seat. When they never even acknowledged me I decided to go somewhere else.

The service is really bad. But the milk shakes and burgers are good! Seat yourself at your own risk!

Slow doesn't even begin to describe it. Not bust at all but 1/2 hour later and we still don't have our food.

Terrible. They really skimp on the food here. There's only one waitress - for about 10 tables.
