Steak nachos or Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Enchiladas are my favorites. The staff is GIG trained and are very careful if you need your food to be gluten free . They even have a gluten free dessert !
My hubby and I are obsessed with the chicken tacos . So yum! They also have a lot of gluten free options if your into that sort of thing.
Today I tried the Cafe Rio Salad (w/out meat) and was pleasantly surprised that though they charged me a dollar less, they put twice as much rice and beans on the salad .
I love that you can get the student discount on any daily special on any day of the week.
Might I recommend the raspberry chipotle chicken salad ? It's wonderful.
